If for any reason, you got the product damaged, has a defect or You don’t like the colour or the product itself then we invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Silkal.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Silkal, accessible from https://silkal.in/
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Terms
- If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order gets shipped, the whole amount will be refunded without any questions asked.
- If the cancellation is after your product has shipped then you need to wait for the product to arrive and you can request for a replacement or refund once you receive the product.
- The deadline for replacing or exchanging an order is 7 days from the date on which you received the product.
Replacement & Exchange Terms
Once you receive the product you have 7 days to request for Replacement or Exchange.
While receiving the delivery if the product looks damaged or packaging is tampered from outside then refuse to accept the delivery and return it back to the delivery boy and inform our Customer Care Support at +918351450028 or email us at email@example.com. We will send a new replacement as soon as possible.
After the order delivery if the product is damaged from inside, you got different colour or design or you don’t like the product and want to replace and exchange the product than follow the steps below:
- If you are a registered customer then Login with your Email & password(Click here to Login) and if you are a guest customer then you can go to Exchange Request Form page and enter your order id & your email you used to order.
- Once you’re logged in, you need to click my order section and you need to select the order which you want to exchange.
- Fill in all the details about your reason for exchange and select the new product you want to exchange it with and pay the difference amount shown through online or Cod.
- One the exchange order is placed our team will review your request for exchange within 24 hours.
- After your exchange request is approved, you need to send the received saree to our address or we can arrange the pickup from your address which costs Rs 350 charges.
- Your new exchange product will be dispatched only after we receive and examine the product received from you.
Replacement & Exchange only accepted if:
- The product was delivered in the last 7 days.
- The product is in good condition and not used
- The product is in its original package.
- The product is the same as we sent to you.
- The product we receive is in the same condition as you told while requesting for exchange.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any product that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
You can get a full refund of the product you don’t want if it is damaged or has a different colour or a wrong product is sent to you. We although suggest our customer to exchange the product with any other product in our site but if you still want to return than you can get refund within 7 days once we receive and examine the product and it will be charged upto Rs.500.
